Megan Sulerud serves as the director of Digital Operations within the University of Pittsburgh Center for Excellence in Digital Education (Pitt EDGE). In this role, she leads the strategy and execution of digital marketing and enrollment initiatives that support the university’s growing portfolio of online and hybrid programs. Prior to joining EDGE full-time, Sulerud served as the inaugural director of digital Operations at the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences (SHRS), where she expanded and led the school’s first dedicated digital marketing team. Her approach emphasizes measurable outcomes, cross-functional collaboration and user-centered digital experiences.
Sulerud holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications, an associate’s degree in Photography, and is certified in Google Analytics and Tag Manager. She is passionate about using data and storytelling to make education more accessible, responsive and impactful—especially for learners pursuing online and hybrid pathways.
